Now I sew everything from bedding to wedding dresses and christening gowns, towels, facecloth, middle age clothing, just my size clothing, petite women clothing, sewing alterations — and everything between. I have done quite a bit of adjusting sewing patterns as well.
Swim suits (two piece), halter tops, spaghetti strap dresses for formal wear, teenage girls clothing (I had 2 daughters),dog sweaters, window treatments (which I didn’t have a pattern for, but a head to do it with, starting with an idea!) and much more.
Jackie of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada says:
I have learned to sew and do alterations from Loretta at a young age. When I was in Grade 9, I was taking Home Economics, and in this class, I had to make a garment. Loretta helped me pick the right material and notions. She then helped me out with an argument with my teacher at the time, who was trying to get me to put a zipper in wrong. Loretta was phoned over that argument by the teacher. Loretta won hands down by a landslide.
She is a very patient person who puts the fun factor back into learning.

They are well made state of the art items that you can buy at any store, even for children. (She has made my child numerous items of clothing — he grows out of them before they get wrecked.)
